Day – 01
Delhi:
Arrival at Delhi

You will be met on arrival at the International airport. Transfer to your hotel. Relax.

DELHI, the capital of kingdoms and empires is now a sprawling metropolis with a fascinating blend of the past and the present. Delhi is a perfect introduction to the composite culture of an ancient land and a window to the kaleidoscope - that is India. Overnight will be at Delhi.

Day – 02
Delhi - Chandigarh - Manali:

In the morning board Shatabdi Express train to Chandigarh, a beautiful North Indian city.

We will leave for Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India, by road.

Enjoy the drive to Manali, as the route is famous for its scenic natural beauty.

En-route pass through the Mandi, known for its beautiful temples.

Late evening arrival at Manali. Check into a comfortable hotel for an overnight stay at Manali.

Day – 03
Trip to Manali:

Explore this magnificent hill station in a daylong excursion.
Visit the 16th century Hadimba Temple, the Hot spring at Vashisht, Naggar, a picturesque tiny village located on a hill, Jagatsukh, Manu Temple, Roerich Art Gallery the, 12th century Gauri Shankar temple and the Chatar Bhuj Temple.

Enjoy an adventurous skiing spree.

Overnight stay at Manali.

Day – 04
Manali - Jispa:

An adventurous drive to Jispa through the Rohtang Pass (altitude 13050 feet). This beautiful place is located at a distance of 140 km from Manali.

Enjoy the driving adventure amidst picturesque view of snowcapped peaks and glaciers.

While driving to Jispa, en route visit Keylong, the headquarters of Lahaul and Spiti district, which is famous for Buddhist monasteries like Khardong, Gemur and Shashus.

Arrive at Jispa, located on the banks of the Bhaga. Explore the beautiful Jispa village.

Overnight stay at a Hotel.

Day – 05
Jispa - Sarchu:

An early morning drive to Sarchu, a famous camping site providing startling view of snowcapped mountains.

The drive to Sarchu is quite adventurous as we have to cross the Barlacha Pass (4650m) to reach Sarchu situated on the bank of the Bhaga River.

Stay overnight at the tent.

Day – 06
Sarchu - Karzok Village:

In the morning we leave for Pang, which is famous for its interesting earth pillars.

Before Tanglanla La we take a right turn to reach at Karzok village at 4267m, located on the bank of a lake.

Stay overnight in a camp.

Day – 07
Karzok- Tsomoriri - Tsokar:

Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Tsomoriri village and lake.

Visit a small gompa and lake in Tsokar, located at a distance of 76 km from Tsomoriri.

Stay Overnight in the camp.

Day – 08
Karzok - Leh:

A morning drive to Leh, the capital of Ladakh, located amidst the picturesque surroundings of the Ladakh Range.

Enjoy full day sightseeing tour of Leh, visiting local markets, Shanti Stupa, Shankar Gompa and Namgyal Tsom.

Overnight stay at a luxurious hotel in Leh.

Day – 09
Leh Visit:

Enjoy a daylong Sightseeing of Leh, visiting Shey, Spituk, Leh Mosque, Thiksey, Hemis and Stok Palace Museum

Day – 10
Leh - Nubra Valley:

Early morning drive to the Nubra valley.

Enjoy a highly adventurous drive via the highest motorable Khardongla Pass (5580m)

Enjoy the magnificent natural surroundings of this "Valley of Flowers", and visit prominent attractions like the Diskit Gompa, which is over 350 years old and is one of the largest monasteries here, Samstanling Gompa, and Palanmik hot spring.

You will get ample opportunities here to engage yourself in various adventurous activities like exciting double hump camel safari, river rafting, trekking and much more.

Overnight stay at the Camp..

Day – 11
Nubra Valley:

Enjoy a daylong sightseeing tour of the picturesque Nubra valley, located an altitude of around 10,000 feet above the sea level and surrounded by high mountains.

Stay overnight at the Camp.

Day – 12
Nubra - Basgo:

In the morning we drive to Basgo, famous for its Gompas and ruins of an ancient fort at Basgo. Beautiful frescoes in Ser Zung Temple and statue of the Maitreya Buddha are other major attractions in Basgo.

Enjoy a day with residents of the area and share your dinner with a local family.

Overnight stay at the camp.

Day – 13
Basgo - Alchi - Lamayuru:

In the morning we drive to Alchi village, which contains numerous historic monuments belonging to different periods, the most prominent of which is the Alchi gompa of the 11th century

Later in the day we drive to Lamayuru, situated 126 km west of Leh, on the Leh - Srinagar highway. It is famous for the Lamayuru monastery.

Overnight stay near the monastery and observing the lifestyle of local residents.

Day – 14
Lamayuru - Drokhpa/Drokpa Area:

Drokhpa region is situated along the Indus River. It comprises of several small villages like Dunkhar, Tirit, Skurbuchan, Hanudo, Biama and Dha.

Drokhpa or Drokpa are pure Aryans who migrated from the Central Asian region.

Explore Pashmina village known for Sheep breeding and apricot cultivation.

Overnight stay at camp

Day – 15
Biama - Dha - Biama:

Visit Biama village, which is famous for its traditional handicrafts and Shawls. Shawl making is an important industry here. In the community center, located in Dha village, children are trained in shawl weaving and local handicraft.

Enjoy a daylong visit to this beautiful far-flung region

Overnight stay at a camp at Biama village.

Day – 16
Biama - Basgo -Ney:

After a refreshing morning breakfast we drive to Basgo.

While driving to Basgo en route visit the magnificent Rizong Gompa monastery.

Arrive at Ney and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at a beautiful old monastery or in a local house, where you gets a good opportunity to interact with the local residents.

Day – 17
Leh - Delhi:

An early morning drive to Leh airport to board a morning flight to Delhi.

Relax throughout the day

Later in the evening board a flight to your next destination or way back home, cherishing memories of this great adventurous trip of Leh ladakh.
