First of all, I would like to say that we are thoroughly happy with every
aspect of our trip. Your team was always courteous, professional and on time.
We really appreciate all their efforts, and cannot speak enough about how wonderful
each and everyone treated us.
I do, however, have a couple of recommendations
that might be helpful to you with future clients from the U.S. or Europe:
1) If at all possible, have the clients fly or take the train (a true experience!)
to various cities. As wonderful as our drivers were, the roads, even the good
ones, are quite stressful for clients from other countries. I really found I could
not relax at all while we were on the road. I believe that short drives (2 hours
or less) would give a client a taste of the system, but not tax their system!!
2) Also, in regards to flying, I would also recommend, if possible, taking
the evening flight instead of the early morning, and I do mean early!! Most ,not
all, but most travellers are on vacation and would rather enjoy the full day in
a destination and then fly at night to another destination where they can sleep
in a bit the next day. I know that was one thing we would have changed in our
itinerary.
Overall, again, we are forever grateful for all you have done
to make our trip to India a complete Success! We saw amazing parts of your country
and were treated superbly. We will most definitely recommend your services to
any of our friends who visit India in the future.
