Dear Varsha,

Jill and I add our thanks, admiration and amazement for you and Compass on the weeks in India.

Jill and I were talking this morning on our driving around as to whether there was anything negative which we should comment on in response to the note we got on the guest book. There was none which is simply amazing which is why I used that word above.

The hotels and palaces and places were fantastic. But the most incredible part was the smoothness of getting met at the airport, escorted back, guided beautifully, and taken care of at every turn. The best example was getting to Shimla at the Oberoi and wanting to stay an extra day to recover from the 11 hour ride. Calling Pawan on his train down the mountain, no problem: we'll take care of it. That was the attitude of everybody at Compass and chosen by you for us.

So, many thanks. And I have to add that you have a wonderful California agent in Bonnie and we are equally enthusiastic supporters. Feel free to use us as recommenders it that would be useful.

Super Compass over the Internet. Within hours of having sent a message requesting information, Mrs Anupama Singh, send me a message and the next day Mr. Rahul Kumar called me on my cell in Colombia in order to learn more about my interests and based on they set the agenda. After some conversations, I received a proposed program called Majestic India with Nepal, which was more complete, much better quality and lower cost than other tours on which he had learned in Colombia.

Since he had contacted through the Internet, I had some fears and distrust at first. However, the support professional, friendly and efficient Mrs Anupama and Mr. Rahul, helped me reduce my concerns and gain confidence. Receive data from people who had traveled with Compass and talked to one of them in Bogota who gave me good references.

The trip was excellent, the itinerary was completed as planned and stayed in hotels with very good care. I met very interesting cities: Delhi - Udaipur - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Bikaner - Mandawa - Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra and Kathmandu

Highlighted other elements and individuals who contributed greatly to the trip:

Having the support of Mr Rahul continued. Although I communicate well in English, Spanish-language support was also very helpful.

Having the support of Mr. Gaurav Dubey who responded promptly, efficient and friendly when I called to ask for help.

The support of the representatives of Compass to reach each of the cities. In particular ledge the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Savyasachi.

Having Spanish speaking guides in each of the cities. Although I found differences in the way people work with each other and I felt more comfortable with some generally appreciate the professionalism of the majority.

The professionalism in the conduct and the care and protection they received from drivers in Delhi, Rajasthan and Kathmandu. In particular Mr. Bhupendar shoulder.

Thank you very much to Compass Tours for making our holidays in India very enjoyable, organized and safe experience.

We are still talking about our wonderful trip to India and are recommending your services to everyone we talk to!

If we were to rate our Guides and Drivers, we would give a rating of 9 out of 10. Our Compass Guide in Delhi caused us some stress as we were trying to get the train to Amritsar, this was after us putting the pressure on him to get us moving from the restaurant we were at. To make matters worst, we were unable to park the van close to the train station and had to struggle with our luggage some distance to even get to the station. We were very relieved when we arrived at the train only moments before departure! Late starting the tour, we waited both days. Our guide in Goa took us on a 2 hour diversion to drop him off home - this was after we had briefed him earlier that day that we wished to return to our hotel early. On a positive note, our guide in Jaipur (Nidhi) was amazing, we really warmed to her and would recommend her to everyone!

The remainder of the Guides were good and showed us a great time, we felt safe the entire journey.

We really appreciated being met at every stage of our journey, whether it be train, plane or arrival and departure from a each location. And Compass India Holidays certainty made our experience a wonderful.

Would recommend the hotel in Navsari, this was a lovely place to stay. Thought that you would like to know this as there are not many places to choose from.

Thank you Anupama for your organization. We hope to visit India again shortly.

Happy New Year! I was meaning to send some feedback to you.

Thank you so much for helping us organise our trip to India - we loved India and the organisation you did for us made it easy for us to just enjoy, and not worry about accommodation, taxis, where to go in India, what to see in India, etc.

We really appreciated the flexibility you allowed us with the hotel choices and also what services we wanted. We found it easy enough to use our own guide book so did not require your guides, but found Compass very professional with your greet and departure personnel in each city. The driver we had particularly for the 1st half of our trip was great. His name was Jagroop and he was professional, mature and we could tell very experienced in ensuring we had a great trip. He was flexible and allowed us to go at our own pace. The car we had was also very comfortable.

The hotels Compass recommended were great. We particularly liked the one in Agra and Jodhpur. A good mix and exactly what we were after. The quality of the Udaipur hotel room was not as high although the great location and tasty food in their restaurant made up for it. And personally to you Anupama, thank you for your patience with us in the lead up to the trip with all the changes. You were very professional. We will recommend Compass to our friends who travel to India in the future, as we felt throughout our whole trip organised by Compass that Service was definitely your number 1 priority.

With many thanks to you and your team for organising another wonderful holiday for us. Everything went very smoothly, the hotels were great and Balaji our driver looked after us for the whole twenty five days extreamly well.
