Hello dear Anupamaji,

Thanks for wonderful tour. We will send you some photos from the tour afterwards. Everybody from COMPASS INDIA was very kind and done their job very well. Mr. Kishan driver was smiling all the time and come at once then we want him to come for pick us any where. One day he was sick and had a fever but he kept smiling and did not complain at all. Mr. Suresh is very nice man, kind, quiet and gentleman. He came at the time early in the morning and lead us where we should reach at the next destination. My all friends are very satisfied from your tour organization and we are coming to suggest you to others too.

Dear Anupama.

We have now been home 2 weeks, and I want to take the opportunity to thank you for a very nice and fantastic organized trip!!
From the minute we landed, we feel that we have been taken care of by your people in a very professional and extremely helpful way.
No doubt, this has made our visit to India a good experience, and a trip we will look back at with great pleasure.

I would like to thank particularly your representative in Dehli, mr. Suresh, who was extremely helpful in all matters.  We would have been totally lost without him, particularly at the railway station!!

Also, your driver, Mr. Krishan Kundu made our journey very secure and comfortable.
For us Europeans, the traffic in India is somewhat different, and a lot more chaotic.  
Mr. Kundu's very safe driving made it possible for us to relax and enjoy the journey.

Once again, thank you very much to you and your organization for arranging a prefect tour for us.

Well, where do I begin? We have just returned from the most incredible holiday in India and I should like to thank you and all of the Compass team throughout the country for your planning and superb personal service. The hotels you chose for us were excellent, and we were particularly impressed with Spice Village and Coconut Lagoon which had beautiful settings.   As promised, we were met by your executive at each destination on our itinerary, regardless of the hour, and all hotel check-ins and airport procedures were carried out by them; we were made to feel very special.  We should also like to thank you for the gifts given to us on our first day, which was a very kind gesture; I wore the scarf often and was complimented on it.  Also, on a personal note, my very special thanks for the lovely cake which was presented to me in Jaipur on my birthday - it was such a surprise and a pleasure to receive.  Everyone was so kind to me and I received flowers and a gift; it was certainly a birthday to remember and I was very touched.

We should like to express our sincere gratitude to the many people who made our holiday such a wonderful experience, and would be obliged if you could pass on our thanks to them:-

First and foremost, to our lovely driver, Daya Rarm, whose service was above and beyond the call of duty.  Our comfort and welfare were his major priorities and his driving skills on the busy roads in India were second to none.  He was always polite and courteous and was a pleasure to be with.

To our guide Ravi in Delhi, who was so well informed, and who was so very kind and attentive when my husband became very ill because of the heat;  to our guide in Agra (whose name, I am sorry to say, I cannot remember) and our guide in Jaipur, Vijay Singh.  All three gentlemen were very informative and knowledgeable and made our visits to the various monuments very memorable and enjoyable.  It certainly gave us an insight to the colourful history of India.

To the rangers in Ranthambore, who showed us the wonderful birds and wildlife there, but sadly, despite their best efforts, the tigers refused to show themselves!  Nonetheless, it was a lovely experience.

Our thanks also to Thomji, and Nizam our driver in Kerala, for their care and attention and the crew of the houseboat who also looked after us very well.

Last, but not least, the guide and driver in Mumbai, who battled with the Friday rush hour traffic to try to show us as much of Mumbai as possible in a very short space of time.

We were very impressed with the personal care and courtesy given to us; it is not often that a company goes to such lengths to ensure that its clients are so well looked after. Thank you all once again, you made us feel very special and welcome.

we want to express our gratitude for the excellent services that Compass has offered us during our voyage to India.

We have been treated like Maharaja and Maharani and have received VIP treatment by all of your staff. We like to mention to you that the team of Agra was especially outstanding.

On the other hand was the guide in Delhi a bit late, but it could be the traffic that hindered him.

We also were very impressed by the quality of our driver Ram Nivas who was our driver for the majority of the time. Always on time and extremely helpful.

We also like to thank you for the presents and the invitation for dinner on the last day.
